What we do

Rebuilding the basics, county by county

SFH Liberia focuses on post-conflict health-system strengthening, last-mile commodity distribution, and community case management of childhood illnesses across rural counties.

We work with the Ministry of Health, frontline health-system staff, and community health volunteers to make essential services available where they are needed most — and to make sure they keep running.
