SFH’s Francophone foothold
SFH Côte d’Ivoire is SFH’s newest country office — established in 2024 to bring proven public-health programming to Francophone West Africa, with a focus on family planning, reproductive health, and frontline service delivery.
Working alongside the Ministère de la Santé and local partners, our Abidjan-based team is adapting SFH’s playbook to the Ivorian context — and laying the groundwork for further expansion across the Francophone region.
